Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
4. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID to monitor your delivery.
5. Delays
- Delays may occur due to:

- Public holidays
- Courier service issues
6. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address.
- We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect address details.
7. Damaged / Missing Orders
Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof.
8. Delivery Attempts
If delivery attempts fail, the order may be returned back to us.
9. Exchange Policy
- If you receive a wrong or damaged product from our side, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in original condition.
- Proof (photos/videos) may be required.
- Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.
