Return & Exchange Eligibility
To request a return or exchange, kindly ensure:
The product is unused, in its original condition, and properly packed
The invoice is available at the time of pickup
Products once opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged
When Can You Request a Return/Exchange?
We accept requests only in rare situations like:
You received a damaged product
You got the wrong item
The product was not sealed properly
The product was expired at the time of delivery
Pickup & Replacement
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address
You’ll be informed about the pickup date in advance
For exchanges, the new product will reach you within 5-7 working days after pickup
Delivery Concerns
If you notice any issue with your delivery, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you quickly.
